Celebrating the Seeds Planted

As the year comes to a close, I find myself looking back on the quiet beginnings of Blossom Braid International with gratitude.

This year has not been about grand launches, large audiences, or instant success. It has been about faithful steps — listening, obeying, and trusting God in the small, unseen moments. Each prayer, each blog post, each creative idea felt like a seed planted, sometimes in soil I couldn’t fully see.

And God has been faithful.

I’m learning that beginnings often look ordinary, even unnoticed. But in God’s timing, small seeds grow. They take root, stretch quietly, and eventually bear fruit that is beyond what we could imagine.

Looking back on 2016, I am grateful for:

  • The courage to say yes even when I didn’t feel ready
  • The lessons learned in hidden obedience
  • The patience required to trust God’s timing
  • The gentle shaping of a vision that still feels alive and promising

As I step into the new year, my prayer is simple: that Blossom Braid International continues to grow faithfully, joyfully, and obediently, serving ministries and Christian creatives with Christ-centered resources that glorify God.

2016 was only the beginning.
And God has already shown me that beginnings, no matter how small, are worth celebrating.
